And lastly, here is the bounty we got from the farmer’s market! Plus, a beautiful sunflower. Frank and I are going to try to make an Indian eggplant dish later this week. I hope it turns out alright. I don’t cook with eggplant much (EVER), so we’ll see, I guess!!
