I love me some sushi. Man, oh man. But eating out is SOOOOO expensive. So I’ve started learning how to make my own sushi at home, which that means I need my own fancy-shmancy sauces. :P Luckily, they are easy to make! Let’s start with eel sauce! (And I’m serious about getting condiment squeeze bottle. This sauce gets really thick and isn’t “spoonable.”)
You’ll need:
Measure out all your ingredients into a small sauce pan. Turn heat to medium and whisk until thick and syrupy. Voila! You have eel sauce. Now, wasn’t that easy? :D
