I am gluten-free and it's been a long, hard road to find a gluten-free soy (Tamari) that isn't syrupy sweet. I had a small bottle of this picked up on clearance from a health food store and the taste blew me away. After that bottle was gone, I couldn't find this locally during the pandemic, so I went back to the old brand that is so sweet it has to be refrigerated. I was so glad to find this huge bottle at a good price online. My only complaint is that this doesn't have anything in the cap to slow down the flow like the smaller bottle had. You just unscrew the cap and pour.
